Experience real support at JCS, which our support will :

  • carry the weight of (a thing or person)
  • provide the necessities of life for (a family or person)
  • give practical or emotional help to (someone)
  • give approval to (a cause, idea, or political party)
  • take an active interest in and be loyal to (a particular football or other sport team)
  • establish the truthfulness or accuracy of (a theory or statement) by providing new facts
  • speak in a debate in favour of (a motion)

Our support agreements with our customers are what keeps us in business and we know it. You won’t find automated recordings when you call JCS for support (in business hours). Our every day goals are to answer the phone within two rings and to keep customers on hold to an absolute minimum. Our standard support agreements all include Twenty Four Hour and Seven Day a Week Emergency Support at no extra cost.

Our Standard support agreement includes Telephone, email and remote support during business hours and mobile Emergency phone support after hours. You will also receive all software upgrades released whilst you are on support. Some software products such as EasyCars also includes features such as Glasses data and an advertising module for sending vehicle information and photos to various advertisers. EasyVend support can include data transmissions to manufacturers.
